Proudly Singaporean-owned and operated, our journey began in 1976 as a domestic supplier
of industrial-grade chemical products.
Originally specializing in OEM production, Akron’s formulations have expanded beyond our borders — finding strong footholds in Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Maldives, and Thailand.
Our white-label solutions remain the backbone for many businesses in the region.
Today, the company founded by two Singaporeans has evolved into a fully integrated operation — complete with a local manufacturing facility, in-house R&D team, dedicated sales force, and our own delivery fleet. We serve a diverse range of industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, F&B, Retail, and Hospitality — providing both tailored chemical solutions and supporting equipment.
